Most of my meals right now are eaten out right now.

The only things I eat at home are oats, egg whites, chicken, protein shakes, and fruit.

I spend a shitload on steaks at restaurants.

$150+ a week plus protein powder, bars, mrp etc.
I'm in the process of getting a cow with my buddy to grow for awhile. He has family in the country that will take care of it for us for a minimal cost.
I still can't find anywhere to get wholesale chicken though. Buffalo or beefalo would be nice too.

I have a place to get Beefalo.. Trying to get half a cow as we speak..
It's in the U.S. though.. does your buddies friend deliver to the U.S. at a better price than I could find here?

I'd like to start purchasing the whole animal, save alot of money.

Ummm well I am only 6 days out from my show so right now it has totally changed from what it was. The majority of the time I was dieting for the show it was something like this-

meal 1 cup of oatmeal 7-8oz chicken breast
meal 2 7-8oz chicken breast sometimes I would eat green beans with it
    meal 3 same as above
meal 4 cup of oatmeal 1 small container of egg beaters (48g protein)
    train
meal 5 cup of oatmeal 7-8oz chicken breast
meal 6 small container of egg beaters couple pickles
    meal 7 same as above

This was usually my daily diet, sometimes I would eat sweet potatoes or brown rice instead of oats sometimes. Every 4 or 5 days I would throw a high carb day in which would have carbs in every meal.

I have my grocery list already made out for after my show and its ugly! Prolly 300 dollars worth of junk food. The list is a mile long and everything on there is pretty much pure junk food! Im gonna kinda binge for a week then go back to eating very clean.

Dont know, dont really care either. I dont like to count calories. I know my body very well I can actually feel when I need to lower or raise the amount of food I take in. I also use cardio as a way to balance out my diet. As long as I am losing about 1-1.5 lbs a week without losing size or strength I am on the right track. When I stop losing I slightly raise the cardio duration and/or slightly lower calories and/or carbs

Dieting is not my thing though, I hate it more than you could imagine....seriously. I sometimes feel like I am having a mental breakdown from all the dieting. I am such an endomorph I can actually gain fat from looking at or smelling food =)

I have roommates and I took over the two largest shelves in the frig and shove all of their stuff in the bottom or the top. I also have half of the freezer. They've never said anything about it. They're afraid of me and pretty much do anything I say.

    Man I hate it.

As soon as I eat a clean diet and do any cardio I drop muscle VERY quickly. This is the 3rd time I have over dieted for a show. The problem is I switched contest coaches so each of them had to learn my body and it's trail and error figuring out how many cals for me to eat and how much cardio to do.

I keep notes on everything and showed them how much I eat but they want to do things their way and not follow what the last guy did. The person I'm working with now I'm going to stick with for years. He already has my off season planned out and I can't wait!!! He says '07 will be my year!

    Off topic:

This is the type of training he gives me.

2 weeks out from show. 2 hour leg workout.

    Hamstrings
5 sets standing leg curls super set with modified leg press. Consecutive sets, no rest between sets.
5 sets seated hamstring curls super set with laying leg curls super set with quarter leg curls. Consecutive sets, no rest between sets.
    Quads
5 sets leg press super set with leg extensions. Consecutive sets, no rest between sets.
Walking lunges length of gym and back consecutive no rest.
Set 1: Down and back. (2 lengths total)
Set 2: Down and back 2 times (4 lengths total)
    2 more sets leg press
Set 3: Down and back 4 times (8 lengths total)
I made the mistake of bitching and pausing to rest while doing the 8 lengths so he gave me hack squat after lunges.
    4 sets hack squats.

I have not been able to move today. Spent most of the time in bed with my legs elevated and rolling over hurt.

Yeah. 99% fat free ground turkey. Also 99% fat free turkey breast cutlets. The vegetables on the left, cabbage and cauliflower. I like it steamed. There's chicken breast below that on the right and lots of fish and GH behind that.

One more picture. A day and a half worth of protein shakes. (You see why I go through a tub so fast!) I prep them the day before so I can pack them quickly in the morning.
