this isn't a question or anything, but i have to tell you guys this. i am from stl. and i have been living in atl for a couple of years now and i love it. well i haven't been home for almost a year now and i just found out that i'm leaving friday to go spend the weekend with my family and friends. the funny thing about this is the last time i was in stl. i weighed 175 and right now i'm about 215 with 7%bf. tell me this is not why we all do this guys. talk about a long 3 more days! i just had to tell you guys this cause for me this is what its all about, and this is why i bust my ass 24/7, to see the look on their faces. peace
