question about testicles...seriously

hey to all you guys out there...quick question for you all, before i freak out.....now i know a lump on your nuts isnt good or anything, i dont have a lump but ive been feeling around lately and i never really have before.....but i feel like a cord/ tube maybe vein kinda thing on the bottom of "you know"... also feels like kind of a thicker "layer" or something...sometimes it gets really hard too, but sometimes it feels kinda gone, hmm??..i have no idea, but all i can say is that they are not smooth all the way around...anyone else feel this on their body??...cause i really dont feel like goin to the doctor and having him feel me up.. i need some knowledge here guys.. im new to my nuts, haha. thanks
