Get a workout without using weights or cardio ???
I just saw this on the news. It claims you can get a workout without weights or cardio. I think it is complete BS. And it seems to me that this is made for people who are looking for the easy way out. Why would you want to use this if you are physically able to use weights?

Dude no way, it may help with injury recovery or something like that but i dont see building any muscle from that machine, and i wonder if the denver nuggets have an endorsement contract, I'll bet my juice on it.

I don't think they are worth the money they go for. Also not everyone wants to be a body builder. The thing is good for stability, core training among other things.

I've special ordered a few for women. They like them. Also i personal trainer i deal with has 1. Its just another tool. It's not going to replace weights. I think to be really in shape you need to train different ways.
