i am beginning to think my creative zen mp3 is shit

i am so pissed off. This is my second one i had get ****ed up inside of a little over a year. i got it replaced for free by the way

1st time- it froze in the middle of a song, and never got unfroze

What just happened today- its like stuck scrolling. The scrolling is all ****ed up. it wont stop scrolling up. So you cant scroll at all because it just goes to the top. this sucks

Never had a problem with mine and I've had it for about a year and a half, I've left it outside when I was in Punta Cana, In my car during the winter, droped it a few hundred times, I was thinking about upgrading to the one that looks like the ipod cause I like it so much

I have the one with the big GIg memory, so the battery is permenant and you cant remove it or anything like that. IT has a reset hole. you bend a paperclip and stick it in the hole, and the tip of the clip hits a button that resets it....well, i dont have a paperclip.


SO i tried everything....and i swear, they knew what they were doing when they made it so only a paperclip could fit

You get water on the scroll thing, it get freaking retarted. what i think happened is, i got a drip of water that dripped down into the little space around the ok button and somhow got in the device eek. and i think when i woke up the next day, it was dry, and thus fixed
