i was lifting on thursday and all the sudden i got a ripping pain in left side of my head i was like shit i have a mirgrian.then on my right side of my chest started hurting so bad i coudnt move.so i am just like oooo hell so i go get on the elecptical and i started getting dizzy.

doesnt sound like you actualy had anything, could be Prinzmetal's angina , very similar symptoms to a myocardial infarction or TIA, but no repercussions or damage. usualy happens with high stress levels, have you had anything since? i dont like the fact that you had pain in your head, that isnt usualy asociated with PA, you really need to go get checked out and get a CT scan done ASAP. i dont want to scare you, but i knew of two people in the last year who died of aneyurysms at 30years old, with no prior symptoms or family history of anything like this. better be safe than sorry.please get checked out

Good advice..I was in the hospital the other night for a spider bite and I saw a lady in the waiting room have a Grand maul seizure and they asked her if any family history of annurism. I would def get checked Big L..Better sfe than sorry.

I have that feeling as well, i had to get off my gear and i have a oppointment next week at the Cardiologist. I am eating healthier and staying away from the gear for a while. GO GET CHECKED!!!
