    What Are Your Lagging Parts?

    Couldn't think of a good title, but I'm just curious as to which muscles do not respond as well as your others do. For me it would be my Calves and Triceps... Also, I was just curious... Does your "body type" have any play in which muscles grow bigger... Ionno, was just wondering if certain muscles on an Ecto had more potential to grow or not, whilst certain muscles on a Meso have more potential to grow or not, etc.

    arms..biceps to be precise.

    Back is strong, but not happy w thickness/width

    My particular genetics allow me to grow my pushing muscles(tris,quads,chest) much faster than my pulling muscles(bis,hams,back). Recently I have been trrying to hit the pulling muscles more.Anyone else experiences this? A few HUGE trainers & a doc that I have spoken to seem to have that theory also.

    tricepts - but i think it's more or less because i dont work them as hard - not because they are inadequate

    legs and forarms, like my legs are strong but I cant get them to get big and I dunno why

    Do you mean the 'pushing' and 'pulling' exercises? (Like bench press when you push the bar up?) 'Cos all muscles 'pull'.

    Arms for me ... although they are not too bad .... had elbow probs and op on my right elbow!

    Lats. I always struggle with them. I find it difficult to find an exercise to fully blast them.

    Push muscles: chest,tris,quads,calves,shoulders.
    Pull muscles: Back,Bis,hams,traps

    I dont see how back muscles can push. I guess you could say "push"
    "Pull" exercises to be more specific.

    I have found this to be true with myself, I cant speak for everyone obviously. Does anyone agree or disagree with this & why.

    I cant really seem to get my body to catch up with my penis. I even cut half of it off to make my body seem biger and that still didnt work.But really its my chest

    I think my body has no trouble responding, just the fact that i do not have a workout partner and feel like i am unable to push myself just that little extra, especially on chest days, chest is my lagging body part..it's downright pathetic.

    My chest; back; shoulders; bis; tris; abs

    Only thing i'm really proud of are my legs: quads; hams; calves..and spinal erectors

    But those aren't 'show muscles'

    Nobody says:

    "Hey Nark... lemme see those quads".. well cept chicks.. but that's only to get a peek at the Johnson.

    Usually it's:

    "Hey Nark..why's your chest so flat?"

    I want an upper body that compares with my lower

    At school the other day i was wearing a sleeve-less t-shirt and shorts.

    A guy says: "man your arms are big"

    Then he glances down at my calves and says: "Jesus Christ dude!!! What the fuck are those things?" (my calves have grown..again. I think they're bigger than my arms now)

    I want to get that same reaction with my upper body.
