    Yeah I know man that must suck big time. I cant even begin to imagine whats going on in your head. Same old same old around here. We have eruptions every know and then with disgruntled banned members and shit like that but no major upheavals of late.

    my head is clear now. things are ok. the wife still loves me,
    and Im not dead. so I would say I got it pretty good.
    I dont recognize anyone here. total turn over. anyway, how are your stats? still getting huge?
    me.....29yrs, 5,8 121lbs (all upper body) bf% dont know any more.
    you know my stats from before. ya its hard, but I promise I will kill in an arm wrestle

    I am hanging in there pretty well. Maintaining rather than growing right now. I am pretty happy where I am.

    All upper body hey ? Well if its any consolation, I used to play Water Polo when I was a lot younger and I remember playing at one of the University pools once and there was a guy there who was paraplegic and he had one of the best upper bodies I have ever seen, he was a swimmer and man could he move. So dont give up dude.

    how are u doing?i read in a mucles and fitness mag i belive two months ago,a guy fell out of the tree whille hunting and was paralzyed from the waist down,but he is still working and not letting in effect him.i am sorry what happend to you
