i recently attended the british nationals of bodybuilding, in nottingham, and this was the first show ive been to. wow have my eyes been opened! i feel like i look rather built, but, when in that building full of mutants, i felt like a child haha!
had a great time, cannot wait to go to another contest, and me and a friend have decided to enter a show late next year and see how we do. that should give me abit of time to get my arms, legs and abs up to scratch alittle more i hope.
