hey i was thinking about purchasing a protein powder, i heard they build big muscles but i was told by one of your fellow GNC employees that it needs to be taken with bulgarian root extract in order to be effective. problem is that bulgarian root is 235$ an ounce, he also said that i could take a combination of various herbs and spices that would maximize my muscle building potential almost as well as the bulgarian root. in your opinion what is the most promising root extract you guys have on the market today? last time i followed the advice of you guys i gained a solid 15lbs of fat during a 6month 1g/wk test cycle. also he told me to chew on an aloe vera stalk for my PWO meal, is this a good idea?
