    Question Wtf....

Every time I get up I am still tired. I get plenty of sleep. I am very active...go to the gym, run, etc. Can anybody help me try to solve this problem. What should I do. I get about 7-8 hours of sleep a night. Thanks for any input.

Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate...it's basically a pill that has zinc, magnesium, and b6. you take them before you go to bed and then you go into a deeper sleep and have these really vivid dreams. you feel more refreshed when you wake up. this is what i experienced with them

Try less sleep and don't over-eat. Try not to get in a situation where you are doing nothing.

God I know how it is you guys, I HATE it. Not sure what else it could be besides hormone levels, lack of sleep and diet (Or a combination).

I am thinking it may have something to do with my eating patterns. I tend to eat a lot and frequently but I think I dont need as much as I take in maybe and it is hard for my body to digest it all and keep me energetic.

Sometimes if you just push yourself to get up you will be fine once you get going.

Over training or carb depletion? I've noticed I've been a little lethargic lately. Maybe the season change/time change? I'm with Doc, bump up the coffee.

    I get "enough" sleep.

I feel its the quality that is lacking, I don;t snore really so Sleep Apenea is out. We'll see what my blood tests look like, but they were fine last time and I still had this issue.
