i used to be out of shape i had a beer belly but its going away now
I am carrying too much bodyfat so I dont give out too much advice on cutting or diet.
On the other hand I know an.....above average amount about steroids effects and proper use based on personal experience and cited research studies.
lifting knowledge is somewhere in between those two, I know more than I do about diet but probly not quite as much as I do about steroids.

cardio shape:30min-60min. 5degree incline, 3.5mph not winded (6-7)
diet strictness:3-5
as use:test, d-bol. insulin(never do that again), deca, winstrol
amount of use: when I get money!
knowledge of as:2 (compared to alot of members here, it's very low)
Amount of workouts: 1to 11/2hrs. 4-7 days a week
body fat:? got to get that tested, but maybe 20%
power lifting experience:2
diet knowledge:2-3
Last time as usage: about a year ago? (broke since then)
To me 10 points would be under 10% body fat with 8 pack abs.
I never pretend to know more than the members hereI do more listening than offering advice
I do offer up personal experience only. I do post some in tanning area because I do know alot about that and some post about business and management. Piercing questions when they come up also.
