Odd question on weight placement
I noticed this in a gym I was just in. They have a rule that says that they want the weights placed on the bar with the numbers facing out. What's the difference?

Probably so you can read what it says, incase you dont put it away and someone else has to lift it.

man, at my gym, we have this fat old lady with a bad additude, who I call the gym nazi. shes supposed to be a personal trainer, but man, I soo would never take training advice from her...
anyway, she pulls gym rules outta her ass and bitches at people all day about what they are doin that annoys her. ha, wont be long before she starts posting rules up for all to read.
I think Its time for a switch on where i work out... I see her bulldog face walk in and I know its gonna be a lousy time.

we dont have rules concerning the plate placement. but as for me, i like the writing facing in. i wont unload a bunch of plates to face them the way i like, but when i add plates, its always writing facing in.
