this is funny, I was just talkin to some girls i know who work at the spa downtown and they are offering me to go tanning with them when Im out. I think I just may have to do this.

also any one ever got a spray tan i heard they are the shit, especially if u dont tan easy, yeh i do too hacka i was thinking spray be the way to go

i tan twice somtimes 3 times a week. i use the shitty 5 dollar beds. they seem to do the job very well if u keep up with it.

i seen people get the nicest golden spray tans without looking orange. these are professionally done. cost like 50$ i think and last 3-4 weeks. and can tan as nice as any one i seen. but i never done any so i dont know

I have to go back to tanning. I just dont have teh ex cash right now. But when i do tan i go 3 times to get a base then 2 times after that.

when its tan season, i hit the booth three times a week the fist few weeks and than twice and ones a week for the rest of the months depends on my cash flow.

Agreed. One of the marines (African American) in my unit got sunburned in Bahrain. If you got skin, regardless of color, you can get sunburned.

BTW, I'm white as a sheet. Does it look like I should be using tanning beds? Hell no. I'll have to use some Melanotan II for a while before I shake n' bake.

im going to get a spray tan soon and check it out.. my got rough skin. so it should hide it. not acne but just u know rough shoulder / upper back like alot of teenages do. so im going to test it

The show I did a couple of weeks ago I did not tan enough. I was too light under the stage lights and looked a bit washed out. My last show I tanned for 3 weeks plus did 4 coats of protan and my color came out very nice. This time I only tanned for 2 weeks and did 2 coats of protan. Could see a big difference.

White people just think of tanning as a way of getting a certain color and that is why people (white) think it's odd when black people tan. White people just assume that people of darker color don't burn. Trust me, I hear the same comments after a black person leaves the salon and a white member (usually women) will ask in a shy-like tone " do black people tan" then I have to explain it to them

yeah makes sense, its just that i dont know any black people that tan, your pretty much the only black guy I am in communication with
