i've tried bitlord and bitcomet but they seem to download things very slowly for some reason my connection is 2mb broadband.....are there faster torrent sites out there?

Try utorrent, then download from www.torrentspy.com

I get d/l speeds of up to 500k/sec sometimes. If you are getting slow d/l's, it may be a firewall setting, port setting, etc.

torrents are dependent on seeders, if there is a low seed to peer ratio the speeds will be very slow.

i use utorrent also, it works just fine but sometimes you just have to tinker with the settings to get better speeds!

also might be your IPS has introduced 'Traffic Shaping Software'

downloading any movie or music without purchase is illegal but that dont stop people i like mininova also good selection pretty good stuff
