Are You Guys Never Hungry In The Morning?
Like my stomach is aching for food, but I do not have the urge to eat. Usually at this point I'll drink a protein shake and force down a banana because I don't have an appetite... Is there anyway to curb this? I was thinking of maybe waking up in the middle of the night and having a shake... Think that will help?

I just drink a meal replacement shake. I can't eat when I wake up either.

aye, quick shake in the mornin is all i can take. I cant even bring myself to eat until ive been awake for about 2 hours.

I don't know what the phuck but the minute I wake up I am ready to devour anything in my path. I am flipping starving the minute I get up.

i wake up, and my stomach is asking to be filled, but i really dont feel up to eating. so, il either have a milkshake, or suck it up and force feed

The earlier I wake up the harder it is to eat.
1000 = No problems
0500 = Force feed.

i can never eat in the monring. I take a shake for my pro then a bowl of oatmeal. Every morning that last tablespoon of oatmeal makes me feel like i am going to throw it up but i just force it down some how.

1 scoop casein + 1 scoop whey in water about 30 minutes before bed time and i will wake up in hte morning never feeling hungry
i find that 1 scoop casein isnt enough
alternatively i do 500mL egg whites before bed that works wonders too!

Real food is much better at kick-starting the metabolism IMO.. just have to accustom yourself to take in a solid meal in the AM. Start small and work your way up to a full meal.
Dozen egg whites scrambled and 1.5cups oats + banana is a great start to a day.

when i wake up at about 500 am, im starving, i drink my whey/glutamine, eat my 12 egg whites, and cup of oats, and im on my way...

I get up in the middle of the night and eat too, it's so frustrating, I just wanna SLEEP. But anyway in the morning, the only thing I can stomach is coffee until like 10 when I eat my oats.

after forcefeeding myself for a month or so, its more natural. i can put food down no problem. I have learned to eat at times when i in no way want to eat, but thats what i gotta do so i do it

im not a breakfast eater either. but i think its mostly because when its that early in the morning i'm too tired to make anything decent. so unless it's something i can grab and go, like OJ, it's not gonna happen.

I'm starvin' Marvin' when I wake up. A few egg whites, some oatmeal, and a little protein shake gets me going.

it takes me a little bit of yime to make my oatmeal and grill a chicken every morning so by the time im done with that im hungry.or if I do am cardio im starving by the time a get home

I eat one of my bigger meals when I get up. And I always find I am most hungry between meals number 1 and 2. Could eat meal number one and eat again 45min later. It really does jumpstart your metabolism in the morning. GO with I B D and eat real food panzies.

my morning meal is 30g oats + 500mL egg whites
I LOVE IT
oatmeal + splenda = godsend

i can't eat as soon as i get up in the mornings. i usually get me a shower and get ready for work before the hunger kicks in.

chicken and rice is a little easier to eat than oats and egg whites.....never will go back to eating a cup of oats and 12 egg whites, that just sucks straight up

I usualy just start with a shake and some yoghurt myself and a few boiled eggs. If I eat to much in the morning I just feel like throwing up.

try eating force it down for a day or 2 try do week straight then you will get used to eating and you would want to eat.
if it dont work shake is ok with fruit.
you can try shake with oats mix it together and drink it down.

eq messed me up, made me eat everything..
but yea, i just remember if i don't eat cortisol build up will rear it's head..
also, i hate feeling sick to my stomach if i take my supp pills on an empty stomach.. so a shake, or oatmeal and eggs it is..The answer to your every question
