well i finally decide to come open, with why i moved. i dunno i just might feel better, cause i left my gf and i hate that i got to move but its my fault which i didnt tell people including her at first or her perants or any one. but i did tell her 2 weeks before i left which was bad cause i found out 2 weeks before i told her but every time i went to tell her we just having too much of a good time to. but enough of that.

im banned from zurich switzerland by the city council to live and be within 100km of zurich or in any cantons within 100km. because im not a swiss resident and i was denied because of my file and complaints.

the apartment complex i lived in was cool place and i enjoyed it alot, but swiss people man are all so uptight and angry, especially the north part where they are swiss german. my file consist of, violence, shouting, loud music, loud car, loud car music. its sad because every neighbour arround me does the same from time to time. and i do not complain. if anything happens i drive out of the drive way and my cars loud or they can hear my music, they call the council / police / complex owners and complain. yes they have the right to complain but i just sorry that i let them slide. u know smoking weed on the balcony next door a few nights a week. not once did i complain i just let them do there thing and let them talk loud as much as they want. but if they can hear my music once a month come out of my house while they out on their balcony they call the police, its just ****ed up how uptight swiss germans are. every chance they get they will call the police or council. kids screaming running up and down the elevators and out the front but i never say a word. stupid ****ing italiasn managers running wild out the front screaming after a football victory wakeing everyone up at 11pm dancing for 5 minutes then going inside. shit and they are the ones who complain about me the most its messed up. there would be a empty can in the garage near my car. (not mine) i come down stairs and the manager puts it on my brand new car worth 50k its just stupid. anyway enough of the rant, if they run my name thru the computer with me being presant for any reason public or council or what ever, i get deported to australia thru immagration dont even face a judge or nothing. then i have to have interviews in sydney before returning to brisbane. make things worse i have to go back there to see my x gf cause we going to circus and just wanna see each other and stuff. i hate being a maniac but at the same time being relaxed with others and there faults aswell. shit i am prolly deserving offerder of complaints but i never complain about others i let them handle there business and stay out of it.

yes im serious, i just felt the need to post because it makes alot of people feel better and it helps me too when somthing important on me ****s up, its not as bad as alot of people but it still means alot to me not being able to freely go see my best friend i got here when i want so i cant drive my car cause its flagged must catch train for 3 hours

yeh ive had some pretty unlucky times. im willing to face my actions, i just cant stand that they think they got rid of me if they do, and think they are perfect and that they dont do anything wrong just because it hasnt bit them in the ass yet. but what goes arround comes arround. so yeh my main anger is that they feel like the have won, igot into a huge verbal fight with the complex owner right after i got my 1 month notice from council and i didnt even know it was the owner

i live in france now. 10 km from geneva the south city in zurich, im allowed to live in geneva but i like the mountain in france i can see mont blanc from my bedroom. im from australia but i doubt i will ever return. they ask alot of hard to answer questions when ur gone for so long.

Sometimes things aren't fair so you have to better then the others. You need to live to a higher standard or hold your self to a hire standard. Not other peoples morals but your own morals instead of complaining

i dont care what u think, who the **** makes up a story for the sake of it? my mums lawyer has the documents, and its quite simple. u MUST have a RESIDENT permite to live in Zurich in apartment or house. i was living there for about 9 months without. and then 2 months earlier they caught on and the police came then we had to submit a request and it was declined and from saturday october 28th i am ejected from zurich and the surounding cantons. most countrys are totally different in law compared to america swtizerland is famous for being a police state which means the police is "the law" and have almost as much power as courts. im not sure if the whole deported on site thing is 100% acurate. like if i just pass through in my car but im not allowed to stay there at all. and the surounding cantons.
