Frank Zane Before Steroids
Anybody have any pics of Frank Zane before Steroids ? I just want a general guideline on the look because I believe I have a similar body structure as he does...

Frank Zane after steroids looks like athletes before steroids by today's standards.

I highly doubt anyone does, and he took very mild cycles. I'm sure you can basically call him 'natural'

Like the other guy said, I have much respect for ANY bodybuilder pretty much. But if that is him AFTER steroids he musta been a peanut beforehand. I mean fudge he won Mr. Olympia? Im bigger than him.

I personally think that guy looks real good. Bodybuilders back in the day look way better to me now. I think those guys in the pumping Iron looked way better. I really like Franco's and that Hawaiin guy look (the one who was training Arnold). I understand that it's their jobs and trends change, but todays look nasty to me.

And someone was teling me that their steroids they had back then was equivalent to our Creatine or NO2. Can you imagine Arnold or Lou with the juice these guys are taking. Lou probably would have been close to 400 pounds. Looking at Zane in that pic I'd say he around 200(how tal is he 5'9?) he's be about 250 easy. I think he looks cool as shit. Very good symmetry.

not a clue, im 21, wasnt alive back then lol. as for comparing their era to ours, this has been done endless times, with no real answer. all i can say is, the physiques are far different, and back then, they all looked different to one another. these days, the bodies are ten-times more developed, but as a result, the majority look the same. at the end of the day, it boils down to personal preference

You said athletes... And besides, a lot of bodybuilders and athletes look nothing like Frank. He dedicated his bodybuilding career on symmetry not size... And he sure did it!
