I am getting fat i have been eating like shit, the other day i had half of pizza with garlic sticks and a moutain dew. i really need to get my head on straight and get my meals prepared. my life is incredible busy but thats no excuse right, wtf how am i going to get big by eating pizza. sorry i am a little emotional from all the stress. I think the stress is mentally screwing me over my mind set is saying its ok to eat shitty. does any one else have these types of problems with stress
