"Prime Suspect" Last Episode
The last episode, ever, of "Prime Suspect" aired in the U.S. last night on P.B.S.
Now, I'm completely biased, as I'm a complete Helen Mirren ("Insector Jane Tennyson") fan; I thought it was not only the best episode of P.S. ever, but one of the best cop dramas ever. Showed a VERY gritty, modern image of Great Britain; council flats, teenaged pregnancy, alcoholism... definitely not "Ye Olde Merry Englande".
Any other Mirren fans? I know she's not a "looker", so she MUST be a good actress.

Helen Mirran was recently voted sexiest woman in the world over 60, even beating Goldie Hawn to the title.
I've never watched much PS unfortunately, though a Touch of Frost and Vincent are very good.

yes I watched the last PS. It was quality. Me and the missis loved it. Agreed Helen Mirren is brilliant in it.
