    Do you guys feel jacked one day, then small the next?

    Recently, I have found myself in certain situations where I feel like I look great. My mood improves, I am more confident and proud of my hard work.

    Yet, on other days, I feel small, out of shape, and sluggish?

    Is this normal?

    Is there anyone else who feels this way too? I know it's all mental - messes with my head!

    yeah def....i get that, usually when i dont train for a few days...i feel like a complete fat ass...but i remember last year when i was 250+ and still felt small, strange how ur head can play tricks on u...

    i tend to feel go after a good workout when i walk home knowin im pumped up. But maybe the next time i go wil b the day after next so wont feel as big, especialy wen u walk in2 to gym and c much bigger guys.

    Yeha i get that.. after a work out when i feel as my muscles have been used and have the sore feeling if you know what i mean. i feel really good. when it wears off i don't feel near as good

    I get that feeling all the time, sometimes I look in the mirror and I look like crap and other times I think I look good, wierd!

    I feel small in the morning and then as soon as i eat my first meal i start to grow again.

    To me it happens the reverse.

    I feel big in the morning and then as soon as I eat I shrink.

    Ive been feeling like crap for a couple of weeks now. I havent really been working out, just a little cardio here and there and ive basically been eating like shit. I gotta get back on the wagon here pretty soon.

    I was in the same boat..So I had a hardcore session yeserday..
    The time off is exactly what I needed to recharge my batteries.

    I've been going through this since day 1. I think a lot of us have the opposite of anorexia; we feel small. I coould have swore there is a medical term for it.

    I only feel jacked right after a workout. If I could look like that all the time I would be happy.

    Well i have bigorexia like a mofo. I never feel big enough. It's funny thoough because i'll see people I grew up with and they'll be like damn your big, and I'll I just don't see it. It's funny how they always think you weight like 15 pounds more than you really do.

    Yeah, I go through this mental hurdle quite often myself. I find that I feel smaller and weaker when I've ate a nasty meal because I had to, not because I wanted to (family get together, birthday celebration, etc.).

    I think that being in the shape I'm in has helped me a lot in life. people respond to people better that are in superior shape. Only thing I don't like is having to find clothes that fit right.

    I am 3 weeks into my latest "cut" and one minute it seems like it is going well and then the next it feels all jacked up. To much relationship stress IMO, stress kills a mans work ethic and mood and self image etc.

    Feel good today though...usually do chest today but after walking around looking at the mirrors throughout the day, i felt i need to hit shoulders this evening. Damn mind games is all it is.
