Well I thought I was going to have a really good weekend with having thursday and frieday off plus saturday and sunday then not going into work till monday night. But friday after my leg workout I got home and I had a little bit of a sore throat. Then saturday my throat hurt so bad I couldnt eat anything all day. that really sucks because I was bulking and had gained 10lbs now i'll probably have to put that all back on. so I didnt workout saturday and i'm taking the rest of the week off from the gym to get better.
I use to workout even when I was sick even though it probably didnt do any good...probably just got everyone else in the gym sick.
