    Casino Royale!!!

Damn thats a ****ing kickass movie

I had my doubts about Daniel Craig but damn this is not only the best bond movie in ages. Its probably the best movie I have seen since the last lord of the rings.

Hope they dont **** up the next. I liked this more "realistic" bond.

The torture scene was the most painfull thing I have ever watched.

The only thing I missed that they should have included is a memorable henchman

Awesome movie. Really liked it, to me it didnt even feel like a Bond flick though, just more like an action movie called Casino Royale with no affiliation with bond. This guy is more bad ass the the filming style was different and not so much focus on his gadgets etc.

I hope they continue to follow this path though. I will see it again for sure.

i havent seen it yet, but like bino said i have heard that it is nothing like a bond film. supposedly none of the one liners that bond is quite famous for, and even q isnt in it.

Its very different. But thats the whole point. Its bond before he become the charming agent that kills without flinching.
You realy se him getting broken down to nothing, he bleeds, he almost dies, he gets tortured.

No fancy laser guns thats slowely going to chop him up. It feels so much more realistic. This bond gets hurt like everyone else.

Compared to this one all other bond movies has been targeted at kids.

Actually, that is the REAL Bond.

If you ever read any of Ian Flemmings Bond novels, this interpretation of the James Bond character is the closest to the original book version. The real book version James Bond is a bad-ass dude.

Most people never read the Ian Flemming novels and only know the "hollywood" version of 007.

There hasn't been a good James Bond film since Golden Eye. I loved that movie, but all the newer movies focus on too many gadgets and things that are way to unrealistic.

I don't blame Pierce though, I blame the script. The characters were not nearly written as well as they should be, and there is no story line to them. The last movie with Hally Barry had great potencial, but it just stunk after the first half hour.

They created a story that was way too unbelivable, that they couldn't top it. I'm glad that they started over.

I haven't seen this movie yet, but it looks great, and I'm really looking forward to seeing it. (which I haven't said about a Bond flick in a long time.)

Kind of reminds me of Never say Never again. That movie did protray James Bond as an aged agent, who is wanting to retire.

This shows James as a younger agent, who is becoming 007.

i enjoyed it although i miss some parts of the other style movies. such as a good car chase (that one lasted two seconds) and a good henchman. i also didnt really like how the bad guy changed twice in the last 20 minutes, i prefer the typical bond (in that sense) where u get to know the character more. still a good movie tho, excellent chase scene in the beginning.

^^ man it's worth it to watch it in the cinema.

The torture scene will be a million times less impactful on a normal size TV

Johan bro.. this movie totally ROCKED!

Twists and turns...and shit, i loved it.

I saw Casino Royale and Borat a week ago in Luxembourg. They are both really good movies. Everyone said Daniel Craig would suck but I thought that this is how James Bond should have been from the beginning.

Yeah its defenetly a must se in the cinema. The chase in the begining was simply awsome. Its nice to have a bond that isnt like 60 years old like Roger Moore was

Just like Sean Connery Daniel Craig is the kind of bond you want to be while moore and brosnan where bonds that are entertaining to watch becuase they where a bit cheezy.

I wouldnt want to be him in the torture scen though. I dont think it left a single male in the cinema undisturbed
