so...anyone ever been to one of these? Apparently I'm being accused of being the father of a 1 year ol baby. It's kinda funny but I was just curious how the whole bit went. Like I know criminal courts i just don't know civil all that well.

talked to lawyer. Told her i'd get a maternity test if it's a clinic of my choosing (not her lawyer's "buddies" or n e thing). I also let them know that I will be counter sueing when it comes back negative for lost wages and lawyer fees and to notify their client. I make a god amount so ... 1 day out of work is about 325 :P

Yeah that stinks man, you want to punish her for such a frivilous lawsuit but you dont want to hurt the baby. But if you missed out on work you cant be punished that just sounds like a terrible situation good luck
