    Although RVD's my boy...I gotta go WITHOUT gloves. I freakin love having rough caloused hands that you can strike a match on. Since my job is essentially white collar I have to use the gym to toughen my hands up. I do use wrist wraps because of my surgery.

    I USED TO WORKOUT WITHOUT GLOVES WHEN I PLAYED BASEBALL HELPS FOR THOSE LONG DAYS IN THE BATTING CAGES NOW I WRAP WITH TAPE GLOVES ALWAY TEAR ON ME.

    Definitely with gloves. It gives me a better grip and keeps my hands/palms as smooth as possible.

    FG943...my wife uses gloves as well (Nike of course ) but I'm not complaining. She has beautiful hands and I like that they are very soft an delicate

    seventeen years of baseball and six or seven years of trainging have given me some messed up callouses.....but i'd still rather have gross hands than wear gloves......

    I never used to wear gloves until one day I was doing bench press and the chrome plating peeled of the bar and sliced into my hand whilst I was pushing the weight up.Result a trip to A&E and 2 stiches.I normally wear them now

    I dont wear gloves. My hands are already messed up enough from ball and work anyways. It would be kinda pointless since my hands are pretty much on big callouse.

    So far wearing gloves seems like a woman thing. Pete I have to say that now that I think about it I can't recall any guy at my gym that wears gloves. We ladies don't mind calloused hands on you guys. It shows hard work and it is masculine.

    My Bro uses motorcycle gloves too. I've never used them. I have so many callouses goves wouldn't help me. I do use straps when I do heavy power lifting or shrugs.

    shit all as i have is a pair of used snowshoes and its uphill both ways! But i never wear gloves, hate especailly when my snowshoes keep falling off and i am forever tieing them back up.

    Guess im a pretty boy , i always wear the gloves. I dont like my hands being tore up. I find i have a better grip with em also. Sorry guys... i for the gloves. Im sure a ladie would rather smooth hands on her body too.

    No gloves.

    But sometimes I use straps for deads or pulldowns. I don't like to, but am getting to the point where my wrists and forearms get tired before my back or hams. I think I'm the only person at my wussy gym who even owns straps.
