? Cuz I've noticed my one hand is weaker than the other ans I sometimes start to lose the bar when lifting at my heaviest...if anyone has tried these are they good for strengthening grip?

I can't tell how it works or what it even does. All I see in the web site's video is a bunch of people holding a ball and making masturbation type movements with it.

its a gyroscope type device, as you spin it it spins progressively faster until it's spinning at 12 thousand rpm and exerting a force of up to 40lbs on your wrist....they claim its great for strengthening wrists, grip and forearms.
