So as many of you know I made the decision to start moving on for now.. I have a feeling that the ex will come back even harder when she see's this but whateva... So I met this girl on the weekend, little cutie, she wants to cook dinner for me tomorrow night.. I dont know why but im freaking nervous, maybe because its her place etc etc, I dunno what to do though

well if u think ur ready for another relationship then go for it...as long as there's nothing holdin u back...i would think ur nervous because its a new girl that u dont know that well and ur eatin at her place so ur out of ur element..if im at my place with my girl then im fine...but if at her place i feel a lil outa place, strange but thats the way it is...just relax and enjoy her company...

Officially moving forward requires you to digest your past relationship. I think we all too often look to other people (a female in this case) to bridge the gaps in our lives. As long as you're honest and fair to this new female for the right reasons, then you should feel confident and satisfied with your decision to dine with her. This new female is wanting to get to know YOU, so give her the real you.

The last thing you want to do is get into another relationship this quick. I am sure what you are doing is comparing her to your X which is normal (i been there). You are still getting over losing that comfort zone and its going to take some time. I would still go over and maybe even hook up but i wouldn't get into a relationship. If i noticed her getting a little too clingy, i would just explain you just got out of a long term relationship and don't want another one right now. Might be hard but you have to let her know where things are going or you could hurt this new girl. Good luck
