Me and my g/f of 4 years have been broken up now for the past 2 months. I thought that we would be broken up for good, so I did my own thing to try and get her off my mind. This entailed hookin up with a few chicks. Now, she wants to get back together and work things out, and I do too because I do feel she is the one. Do I tell her that I slept with some other women? I believe that if I do that, it will ruin everything. Any advice would definately help me out....thanks

Absolutely not. The only thing that I would tell her is that you've learned a lot about yourself during your time apart and you're ready to fully committ to her. The last thing a woman wants to know is that you used other women to satisfy your needs during your time away from her. Regardless if it was during a true break up or not.
