I've finished my PCT and took about 4 months off from the cycle over all staying clean.

could someone recommned something to flush it out of my system in time. What are some good detox liquids/pills out there? *Edited.*

I hear metabolism can effect the outcome, where mine is good at 12% BF at 5'9. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Drink alot of water, start with a cleaning kit from GNC or something since you need it quick, and an Omni Drink before the piss test you'll be straight

Dont eat any sugar. drink massive amounts of water and do a ton af cardio. Or you can go to a baitshop and pick up a cleaner. Or any other local headshop.

i read something about 30 day average, but does it imply to heavy smokers primarily?
