    1st day back....ouch!!!!

    fvcck its my 1st day back in training after around three-four months out,crap diet and hardly eating due to personal probs............
    im gonna hurt tommorrow......

    enjoy the soreness. I love beeing sore. Especialy after a long break from lifting.

    Muscle memory does exist mate, 4-6 weeks and you will see significant results IMO.

    I took off 6 weeks.. basically only workign out twice a week. (finals) But I started going back this week hard.... Uber good pumps. =) Felt nauseous during first workout this week... Got a little shakey after todays workout
    The gym is my mistress once more

    am i the only one that does not go on these sebaticles???? i have never stopped training for more than 3 days since starting and i never will unless they chain me to something that's not the gym......prolly have to sedate me too

    Wellcome back!
    I'm in the same situation, 2 months off, because of birth of my first son..
    The fathers here will know, sleepless nights, stress, tired - not a good time for the gym.
    Today I'll be back!
    I just got a little fatter, but even 2 months after, muscles are nearly the same.
