Muscle memory does exist mate, 4-6 weeks and you will see significant results IMO.

i need to get back into to i havent trained in almost 2 wks and have not being eating
the first one back is always mentaly the toughest for me, after that im back enjoying again.

I took off 6 weeks.. basically only workign out twice a week. (finals) But I started going back this week hard.... Uber good pumps. =) Felt nauseous during first workout this week... Got a little shakey after todays workout
