First timer. Scared
Hi,
I'm 21 years old. I consider myself to be out of shape... Im 21 years old, 5'9 , 225 lbs, alot of body fat. Example: Man boobs, big gut, no muscle definition. Just kinda big. I dont look 'fat' with my clothes on though. You might think I was muscular. Anyways, a good friend of mine who is a body builder suggested I use some oral steroids that he can get me. I've tried working out with him. Im basically a sissy. I cant lift more than 80 pounds. Its been that way for as long as i can remember. I want to get on the roids, but I need advice.. I'm not here asking anyone where to get roids or anything like that, I just need advice.
What should I do?

bro honestly if you used any steroid at the bf% your at you wouldnt see any difference. youll be wasting lots of money if you go ahead and buy some. main thing for you right now is to get your diet in check and a good workout routine.

Whats a good workout cycle for me?
Like I said, I cant lift shit. I can't run long distances. I dont have endurance.
Im fat. Im literally out of shape. Thats the definition for me. At 21, I feel like I'm an old geezer.
Can anyone suggest a good workout cycle. Something that I may be able to actually accomplish.

Step number 1. Start by finding out what b/f ratio, lean muscle wight you need to be before you do yourself a lot of harm. Step number 2. If you can't motivate yourself and be commited to training and diet then you are
wasting your time on steroids because it's a tremendous commitment. There is no magic pill or injection. They are only as good as your mind, diet and training. Steroids don't get you in shape, they assist an already commited lifestyle. So the answer for you is, change your attitude to your lifesyle, your body and your state of mind, get positive. It's a choice. Choice of food, choice of how you train and exicise. It starts the min you wake till you put your head on the pillow and while you sleep and how much sleep you get. Plus much much more. Start by getting correct advice on your diet and training. All your answers and support is here if you look for it

Diet and exercise. You should probably have a complete physical too. I was going through the same thing as you, but it turned out I had low test levels, I could some TRT, and was good to go. Not saying that is what you have, but it is still a good idea to get a complete physical every now and then.

Oh yeah, tell that friend of yours he is a dumbass and has no business using or recommending steroids to anyone, he obviously doesn't know jack about them himself.

thanks guys... What your advice on something that can give me an energy boost? I would at least like to have that 'rush' feeling that will get me up and wanting to push tie my shoe laces and go for a hard run. After thinking about it, I've always given up after I couldnt lift as much as I wanted to. I let it build up until today which is why I am where I'm at.
So what do you guys think / recommend about energy boosters (specific foods, pills, or anything that works)

What you should get is some ephedra caps and walk 1 hour 5-6 times a week on an empty stomach in the morning.
then that weight will wash away and you will get more motivated at the gym when you actually see some muscles there.

wow, u would think knowing ur fat ( no offense), and being ashamed of how u look even infront or ur girlfriend, would be enough of a motivator.
take it from me, i was uber-fat all my life. didnt care for sports, couldnt do a pushup or pullup and hated myself for it. what i did was watch arnold movies and said that's it im gonna be that guy! lol
7 yrs later im the biggest guy in my gym, healthiest guy i know, eat well, train everyday cardio, weights 5-6 times a week and didnt even think of taking aas until i reached my max potential. that took 6 yrs of training 6days a week.
dont use aas unless u did EVERYTHING else to improve yourself.
i have a friend who is exactly like u, needs someone to help hiom out and thinks training is supposed to be, one day u walk in the gym, next day ur huge. so after 3 weeks of working out he takes aas and gets small gains because he didnt know how to train or eat, and lost EVERYTHING after, because he only depended on juice.
eat, train, eat, sleep, train, eat, sleep , etc.
it will get easier ( and funner) but u just have to suck it up. once u see results then ur laughing.

agree w/ above. start running on a treadmill. if you can only run 5 mins...fine, run 6 mins tomorrow, 7 the next...before you know it, people will start asking if your losing weight, or got a hair cut...whatever, that really helps motivate, when others begin to notice even before you may. good luck.

I dont post on here often anymore, so here is a rareity for you.
This is a life style your not really making it your life style. Look at your enviroment the food in your house, the people you hang out with. How much of that food in your home is complete waste and will not help you slim down? How many motivating friends do you have that are very active to, make you want to try harder to improve your self? CHANGE THINGS!!!
sounds like you need some serious motivation to push you to your goal.
you don't seem to enjoy working out, because your not lifting the weight you want to lift. The only person that is going to help you with this problem is you, so change things, cardio works, if your doing it push your self harder, if you think your eating good? eat cleaner... think your work outs are weak? bring your ipod and play heavy metal, push your self harder like i said just change things.
Or prepare to be unhappy like this till the day you die.

the second u start getting results, its all downhill.
in the first 2 months u'll start seeing a change and you wont look back. the more u exercise the more gains u get, the more gains u get the better u will feel.
good luck
p.s. if ever u need motivation, look at the picture thread, seeing pics of carlos and the big guys always makes me wanna get bigger.

Well.. today was the first day I ran.. I got home from work, changed into shorts and a sweater. Ran around the block (approx 1/2 mile) and was breathing harder than a horny camel. I took a shower and now I feel like I can run that distance right now again, easily. I think I'm getting somewhere with this. The only thing is I still can't do more than 10 pushups. haha

Also, if your on spliff patrol, getting stoned isn't gonna help your motivation. Nor will it help your endurance for cardio or lifting. First thing to do is watch your diet. Keep it simple and just think: "I will eat NOTHING that is unhealthy." Don't drink anything but water or coffee.
More importantly, even if you are out of shape, that doesn't make you any less of a man or less respectable, so don't be so hard on yourself. Some guys are in great shape, but are fvking losers and couldn't get laid if they paid for it, so don't worry about it so much. Devote a few years to getting into shape, and you will. Good luck bro!

Listen up man, just you coming on here and asking for advice and opinions is a big step that many people are too scared to take, we are very proud of you because you obviously WANT to make a change and you are very honest when you say its hard and it sucks to work out because the truth is thats how it feels to workout when you have been off for a while.
I have been off because of injuries and tough work schedule amny times its very frustrating at one point i was working on an oil rig in the sea and i would work 28 days straight without getting a chance to workout and the only food was unhealthy fried foods that even sucked the chef really sucked big time. I have always been slim bodytype but my cholesterol was high and my bloodpressure and i felt horrible.
The key to making a change is having realistic goals, you say you are fat now and all that but you know what you can be ripped and in excellent shape beleive me you can do it!! But the key is to be realistic time-wise! If you want to be ripped in a month then chances are you wont reach your goal and you will end up quitting which we dont want you to do! If your goal is to make a big improvement by this time next year then beleive me take my word if you stick with it you will be amazed at how u look this time next year!
Dont crash diet, dont hit the gym everyday hardcore, why? because you are not used to that now so if you make such a drastic change you will hate it and you will end up not sticking with it! Start very very simply! For example start by ordering diet soda instead of regular this month, this is your first diet goal! And your first fitness goal is to walk half an hour everyday! just walk to a friends, walk with a friend, walk to the store and back, just do it half an hour daily in the evening or whenever you are free.
When that becomes easy step two is to switch from soda to maybe juice, and then to water. The half hour walk could become a half hour cycle in the gym at a faster rate, and then move it up from there. Be very gradual at first, one step at a time. Tell your friends and family to support you, dont hide it or else you will feel bad everytime they notice it!! Make sure you tell everybody hey i am trying to get in better shape help me instead of holding me back! See how far you will get in 6 month...then one year..then two years, you will be a different person.
As for not being able to do 10 push-ups listen man when i had to stop training because of work and then i went back to training i couldnt do 8-push ups with correct form!! And i weighed like 160lbs!! My arms were too weak for me to do even 8!! But i worked my way up, i still cant do too many but i can do 20 now which to me was a great improvement from 8! I just stuck with it!
We are with you bro...no steroids and no fat loss pills, dont do it, start natural. You can do a DNP +T3+Clen +Ephedrine combo and you will lose tons of weigh assuming you live through it! But whats the point if it will all come back quick because you havent changed your diet and lifestyle??

stop running on the roads and become a gym member. Go to the gym in the morning before you eat and get on a x-trainer machine (elliptical they are often called) and keep a steady pace on this for 30-40 mins. You should be sweating like a pig after 10 mins. Keep a pace that is tiring but you could still hold a conversation if you had too.
Go to the diet forum and sort your diet out. If you dont do this then NOTHING wil work for you. I suspect that is most of the reason you have not achieved your ideal body after 6 years of trying. Diet is the key to everything.
Quit smoking the stuff in your username, it lowers test levels which in turn makes you fat, weak, emotional and grow breast tissue, sound familiar?

It's the fastest way to end an attempt at fitness.
High impact exercise + excessive poundage + repetitive stress= joint trauma.
Join the gym.. get your ass walking at varying levels of intensity on an inclined treadmill... Supplement that with the ecliptical and the Bike/stairmaster.
Get you ass moving.
