My memory is horrible, I think I have alsheimers
I just forget shit so easily, I forget to turn off the christmas lights every night, I forgot that it took me longer than 1hr to make my meals for the next day yesterday, so I was late for work today, I forget that I had a meeting at work, I forget my own damn cell phone number, I forgot my moms birthday, I could go on and on, I hate it, I am really noticieng it now. Im only 24 years old!! Maybe its just that I am saving room for more useful info, or maybe it is already takin up too much space lol.
Anyone have this problem ?
What do you do for it?
Any supplements help ?

join the club man, Fri at work I locked my keys in my trunk and looked for 3 hrs for them, I forgot my cell phone there the next morning and called Verizon to have it shut off cause I thought somebody may have taken it, sometimes I'll leave the place and return about 3 times because I forget shit. It has alot to do with bodybuilding as many bodybuilders I know including myself have this problem. Especially when dieting or cleaning your diet up. Also, I've noticed my memory gets really bad when I'm using insulin

Also, being over-tired will do it too. Many times we are overtrained or havent slept enough and we dont realize it because we're so used to feeling that way anyways

There are a ton of things than can cause cognitive problems (besides altzheimers). Low test or thyroid are major culprits. Another that is starting to get some attention is Lyme disease. It's a sneaky one.

I read something back when I took a Psych Adjustment college class, and it said that your memories are stored while you are sleeping. If you don't get enough sleep, you're brain will not store memories into long term memory, therefore you will have to constantly be reminded of stuff that would normally be stored long-term.

Skull's short term memory is shot... and short term memory retrieval operates under the precept: "use or lose it"
Skulls's gotta make conscious effort to stimulate and expand his storage and retrieval capacity.
Supplements can aide in improving blood flow to the brain.. but 'assisting' is all. Supplementing solely would be like taking gear and not working out... comparably.
Supps include the herb ginko... or newer 'neurotropics' like pirecetam etc.
Mental storage and retrieval exercises are essential.
I did a randomised psych test at school the other day to test short term memory... where as the examiner called out random numerical sequences which we were expected to write down after he called... covering each preceding sequence so a pattern could not be formed to assist us. Each pattern was longer than the preceding one.. Most participants dropped out after 7 numbers. 7 numbers being the average number sequence length that most people can store and regurgitate (i.e. the length of the average phone number)
Anyway...
Back to skull.
Time to do more reading... and cross word puzzles.. and puzzles in general in your spare time. If your mobile phone has tetris on it.. play that once daily. Shape patterns/interactions at progressive speeds can assist.
Learning a new word and verbalising it can also.. So where possible learn new shit

No wire... no charge transfer.

Simple things like being conscious about grammar and spelling forces the brain to work...
Allowing it to run on autopilot is a no-no
