    Yeah same here, i can't read a post if it's too long. Sometimes i skip it and then i get in the mood to read and i'll go back to it and read it later and read the whole thing. Sometimes i skip a thread but then i get interested in it at a later time.

    At the time of smiley piercing..Rinsing with a mild saline solution after eating and drinking is preferable. For making a saline rinse at home use only kosher salt or sea salt (otherwise iodine is absorbed through the mucous membranes of the mouth).Over use of antimicrobials upset the oral pH balance and deplete the normal flora resulting in Candida Albicans infection (oral thrush).
