Can anyone else agree with me on this?

The only thing that bothers me about the new year is the fact that you get all of those people who have there new years resolution to get into shape. When this takes place my gym is so goddamn packed until sometime around march its not even funny. I give the people credit for trying but eveyone knows that half the time they barely work out for a couple of months and just stop. Its irritating because there are so many people just standing there taking up space just talking to there friends. Anyways, sorry im just ranting and raving but i just had to get that off my chest.

I hear ya BRO, My gym is pretty small but with a great group of regulars, we have been dreading the new year resolutionaites and talking about how were going to deal with them. we all have set routines and can work in with each other, but we know come Jan 2, its going to change. We are putting together a list of machines they can use and can't use as well as the times. Gotta keep them out of the way. Good thing is you know that it will only last probably a month.

Yeah, I hate that too. It's like why do they even bother? They just give up anyway.

If I see them talking or ****ing around then I just boot them off the machine or out of my way, and then pass them off as being girlie men and weak like a sick slave.

I found the trick to clear out any work area i need or want..

in the early afternoon, i take 10,000 mg of vit C... this with all the protein i eat... i get some really strong gas.... and i take my brother in law with me who is a welder, right from work, we just go over in an area and people leave...

I like that.. but i almost threw up myself the other day..
