Everything cost me about 2500.00 with a 300.00 dollar discount, one of the reasons i got it to was for the music, to play, listen, download, burn, make movies, pictures, its fvckin nuts, as far as specs go im a computer idiot, my boy hooked me up with every thing, and picked it up for me, im also gonna get some good speakers, and a musical keyboard... I know it's 1 gig, and he added all the software.. Also a three year warranty ..

it's the best investment you'll make in a computer IMO. no viruses, spyware, will never crash and you can't beat the media features on it. have fun bro, i'd never go back to pc

You could have bought a refurb from apple for about $1700-$1800 and it has the full 3 years warranty.
Apples are the sh!t. I absolutely love miine. I will NEVER go back to PC. I will agree that they are different and take some getting used to, but everything is just so much easier. Everything just makes sense and you can do things in half the time it takes on a PC. Great for photos, music and anything else fun.

I still dont understand why someone would pay $2,500 for a laptop just for the MAC name and the operating system. For $2,000 you can get an amazing dell that will do the exact same thing as a MAC, and if you really want the Mac OSx processing, you cna just get a theme for it. But if you like it, thats all that matters.

I like to keep things simple, and this seems the easiest way to go, and as far as dell goes, the tech support sucks, apple is by far the best i dont have to get on the phone with f'n India, and try to understand what some hindu is tryin to explain to me, and 95% of the people i talk to say Mac is the way to go the other 5% cant afford one... But thats just me
