    Smile Hi Guys I am back

    I was OMEG-A before
    and System Admin said I can come back.

    short story is I had a bad day and said things I did not mean AT ALL.
    nothing too seriuos, but also not very classy.....

    How is buisness doing??I plan on getting some more Amplify 02 soon....

    Instead of doing incline flys sitting on a bench lean the bench to a high incline and lean back onto the bench while standing, then do incline flys. It's a higher incline and hits upper chest more. Just don't go to heavy with the weight so you don't hurt your shoulders.
