Took a few weeks off from the gym(not completely off, just less days)... But in anycase, yesterday I can honestly say that I had the best workout I've experienced in a long time.
The thing I feel about yesterday (besides the soreness), is that I feel SATISFIED with that workout. And now I feel amped and ready for today's workout. I'm motivated by this.
This is a big deal to me. I feel I accomplished what I wanted out of a workout.
