Im getting scammed with ebay & paypal what the @#$ do i do now??

I am pulling my hair out right now literally who needs AS to make that happen now! anyway, i recently sold some ps3 on ebay about 2 weeks ago before christmas. made a huge fricken loss, but my problem is paypal limits my account for something new everyother day, first they limit my account for selling thr ps3 then im limited again for trying to transfer the funds to my bank, then im limited for refunding a couple people? then im imited agian for this and fopr that like what the fuc is the deal? now i got some shank that files a claim against me i never refunded his $600 when the fucer nevr made a payment to me in the first place! now im being accused of not refunduing all these people there payments when i did but the refunds all of a sudden are not showing up in my history... what the fuc is going on here?? and the money i tried totranfer to my bank is not in my bank even though it says complted in paypal and its not in my paypal account either? i think someone got into my account and is fucing me up big time here i do not know what the hell to do i do not have all these hundereds of dollars to be scamed out of?

I'm confused. Why were you refunding money for the auctions? Were you not able to ship the items once they were sold?

i see you bought them on ebay to begin with and that why you couldnt return them to the store. did you email ebay about this? and paypal? this is the first thing you need to do. good luck with straightening this out.

first of all why would you sell them at a loss when you could have gotten a full refund at the store? second of all why you have to refund 3 or 4 different people? this part sounds fishy as does the whole thing really if you did all this how could you get screwed this bad? i would need a lot more info than your rant to take this whole thing serious.

i orignally bought the ps3 on ebay when they took a nose dive in what they brought, thinking when it got closer to christmas i could just resell them and make a few bucks profit which never happened. the market on them fell out and now you cant hardly give em away it seems?? anyway when i had put them up for auction in the mean time i ran across a few people that were interetsed in buying some so i sold them a ps3 but then irealized i could not delete the auctions because they were in the last 12 hours so they had to run through so when the people paid for them i just imedialtly refunded there paypal payment and explained what happened! but hese peole were royally pissed off threatening me if i dont sell them a ps3 there were going to do this and that what a bunch of nuts i tell ya! so i am thinking some nerd that got pissed off that knows how to hack got into my account and is fucing with it.

if you go on that site i posted you can get PHONE NUMBERS , EMAIL ADDRESS'S, FAX NUMBERS etc of major shareholders, directors, area managers. let them know how you feel. i did.
just hassle them, tell them to research your case / problem. and that you wont stop until they do.

Ya know i've had good and bad crap with paypal. Personally when i sell somethin on ebay i tell buyers to use bidpay. I got jacked by paypal when i sold my dj set up for 2000 bucks. i needed all the cash at once and they said i was limited to only withdrawing 300 bucks a month for some reason. and there was no way to get around it. I only use paypal to buy stuff just b/c the hassle with sellin stuff with paypal

You are required to sell the PS3 by contract to the highest bidder. You could have lied and said you just found out it was a fake chinneese version of PS3 and could have ended that dispute.

usually accounts that are limited, you can take money out in 6 months. (some gay holding period)
