Pierced jewelry care tip
Thought I would share this tip. Alot of people clean their jewelry in alcohol and then re insert it and later get an infection and wander why. The problem is that they remove all the natural oils and then push it through which irrratates the skin. The best way is to use a piercing gel to minimize this effect after you sterilize it or I really like a product called "H2O" which is a natural salt water spray.

I had two barbells in my tongue, and at the advice of my dentist, I took 'em out to clean the plaque off of 'em. 15 minutes later, I couldn't get 'em back in, the holes had closed up that quick.
If I ever have it pierced again, I gotta find another way to keep 'em clean . . .
