    Troy Alves Off Season

    Troy Alves off season with his pregnant daughter. He is looking pretty plump in the picture. And people say it's best to stay near contest shape off season. Looking at him I think I'm going to go have some cookies.



    Pretty amazing change from off season to competition.

    It's a bad pic and he's not really tightening his core, I'd say he's on the lean side, probably 10-12%.

    Look at his elbow. He might just had something drained out of it or another injury and just taken some time off. Either way for a bodybuilder he looks very good for off-season.

    yeah hes definately taken a little time off..he looks softer but not any thicker..still is a freak tho...and yeah, pregnant or not, his daughter is smokin.

    Many pro bb-ers take time off,
    I remember Kevin Levrone, the last few years he was competing he started to train only 2 months b/f the Olympia (alteast he stated). On pics he looked yust a little bigger than an average gym-rat, and only 2 months later, WOW!!

    His daughter is just lean. She's 19 and has his genetics. Look down there by her wrist. It's not a vien, but tendon or some thing that sticks out.
    His daughter is smokin' hot though. Like the animé hair too.

    Yeah, I did notice that. He looks soft. Chest looks smaller. Delts/Tri's still look there. A lot of bb'ers look like this in the offseason I've seen. This past offseason a few of Ronnie's pics looked like he had lost size.

    Like I said it is a bad pic.. from the looks of it he is just relaxing and has a tad bit of a**ominal distension like most Pro's do. I can see the outline of his upper four abs and the skin on his delts/forearms/bi's looks pretty thin. If he was actually posing and you could see his legs etc he'd probably look a lot different.
    Regardless he's a Pro and "ALL" of the ppl I say are fat in their pics are normally carrying about 50-75lbs less muscle than Troy Alves, so if someone is 175lbs in that condition compared to someone who is probably around 250lbs offseason at the same height I'd say that's a pretty huge difference.

    Yep, but it's a picture. If you saw him in real life it'd probably be a whole different story Either way he looks better than 99.9% of the population.
