There was a post about this a while ago. On average the most size you will see is an inch. And the operation is very risky, often times it leaves deformities and erectile dysfuntion. The operation is called phaloplasty. Also after the operation, your boner will point straight down, because they break all of the ligiments in order to strech them.

Right on odix, my thoughts exactly. You can try "penis exercises." Just search online. Your dick is a muscle, so just like any other it can grow - girth and length. I've tried it before, its similar to jerking off and you need to do it everyday. It seemed to work a little bit but I didn't do it for very long.
