Good job, I can't even do that right now:( The most I got when I was "on" was about 365lbs for 10 reps. Shoulders don't do so well in your 30's:(

the funny thing is, i don't think im big enough, or feel like i look like it you know? We all got people in the gym staring at us, those guys just starting out like I did looking with envy, and for some reason, 400 just seams more feasible to me now.
I can proudly say that steroids are my anti-drug, haha.
Good for you, but don't make the same mistake a lot of us do and say "I'll be happy when I accomplish X" or "When X happens I will be satisfied". Be happy with where you're at now and keep working hard.Quote:
