Chef Advice? Help Me Close the Deal...

I am having a girl over tomorrow who I have hung out with twice and hooked up with sorta... no sex unfortunately. Anyways, was thinking of cooking dinner and getting a bottle of wine for the two of us in a hope of closing the deal. Any suggestions on what to make? I cook everyday, but the generic sh1t that we all cook, so my cooking skills are average, but wouldn't mind putting about 20-30 mins into something bomb.

Sorry Bro,

It's just that the most fancy meal that I can cook is chicken breasts, on the george foreman grill, well that and hotdogs....

I'd just take her to a nice restaurant, then plan on heading to your house to drink some wine, have some strawberries dipped in chocolate waiting and watch a movie...

Yeah, I was thinking of cooking filets in a reduced red wine sauce with some rice pilaf maybe? Seems like it would be at least mildly condusive to my cutting diet although some fancy chicken dish would be better. I guess it can just count as my cheat meal for the week...

I wouldn't cook the filets in a red wine sauce. Make the sauce separate and drizzle it over before eating. I cook it up like none other! I took some culinary classes a few years ago just because I enjoyed it so much but I never wanted to get into working in the industry because the pay isn't too well!

Just wanted to thank everybody who tried to help out with this... Ended up going with chicken alfredo made from scratch and I closed the deal about an hour later.
