hey guys,
I have a personal training interview this thursday. I just wanted to get some advice on what to expect and what to be up to par with on the Q&A part of it. I am 25, graduated with a major in comm. and a minor in kinesiology. (currently working on my issa cert.)

I know my type of workout/diet routine and how to explain. But when it comes to someone else's say for example, (strength training, weight loss, etc.) I just want to be on point with some answers.

Any experience or tips would be a huge confident booster.
