background: was getting a ton of Blocked ID calls - a harassment case. filed a police report. got sprint to do a line trace so the police could proceed with a prosecution

the culprit: i think it's an ex-boyfriend of this girl i was bangin in one of my towns. he got my number through her phone bill stuff. she said he works for a telephone company

today: go the papers and was reviewing them. the calls which were mostly made in the early morning hours (3 - 6 am), all came from the number of the girl. but, it shows they were routed. does that mean he was able to make it look like (in case i did get it traced) she called ? is there such an ability out there these days where you can do that from one phone, whether it be a landline, cell, or switchboard?

Yeah you can do that. My boy is a technical wizard into all sorts of stuff and I've had calls from ridiculous numbers before. No idea how he does it tho....

yes it is possible. its called "Phone Phreaking" and people used to do it with pay phones back in the day, but now pay phones are useless. so they do it with cell phones. also if your smart enough u dont even need a phone, u can do it all through a computer with a cable connection.

shouldn't have to / don't want to. rather take him / her to court so it costs him / her money. kid's already had his ass kicked by her brother (broken nose and broken windows) but still doesn't get the message.
