Funny. Too me, she looks kinda hammered. Not annihilated, but kinda hammered. She's lucky she didn't say anything really stupid. She's talkin slow, and it looks like it takes a bit of effort to mouth the words. I've definately been there, but NOT in an interview LOL. It might also be a combo of just drugs, prescrip, or not. Definately not too much f*ckin coffee though, like some idiot in the comments section suggested.
