No I`m not 5%,I`m around 10% at the moment.I wanted to give you an Illustration that eating food is a hard strong Commitment. We all know the Outrageous ASS intake of pro BB,but you never hear the flip side of the cion. The crazy amount of food intake, especially eating when your not hungry, thats the true Spirit of a Warrior.Good luck.....

Try not to stress out about the comments, Columbus. Scrap the diet and just enjoy food bro. Eat whenever and whatever you want. Keep up the g work bro...you'll start putting the lbs on eventually.

Are they pointless seriously or a mere inquiry of what the PROPER approach is? I am so willing to staty the course like I have planned, I just know each day that goes by at this level, the harder my nervouse system is working.....so it's a concern. It was "help me with my diet" or "is it ok to eat this" it was, have you been this low and how did you get out of the so-called rut with causing my tax on your body and bodyfat....thats all.

Eat 5000 calories in all solid foods for a week and see what happens.. Also tally up how many times you puke and how it affects your workouts because you're so sick and full feeling.
Remember, just get your 200g Protein in for the day and then go all out, eat donuts/ice cream/pizza whatever.. just make sure you hit the 5K mark.
I've heard cherry pie filling is a good source of dense calories as well.. I'd put that on top of some homemade cheesecake!
Get back with us and let us know how it goes, we'll get you to 15% BF in no time!

LOL....IBF...I knew I could count on you.......I doubt I could handle 4k let alone 5k....but this weekend, I'm making sure to hit a few solid resteraunts.....ever been to Buco di Beppi?
Probably my best option for now eh bro? stick to the plan m-f and on the weekends if something comes up go out and do it up.....fat steak or some pizzaa.......i dont wanna get sick man!

looks like male exercise anorexia to me. Either that or a severe digestive tract issue. He obviously loves it too. Full body pic would probably show sunken eyes and cheeks.

This height weight chart is a guideline to your ideal bodyweight:
6'1" 150 (under) 171 (ideal) 192 (over)
even though this doesnt pertain to bodybuilding for your height you underweight... Even to the "Healthy North America"

I just don't know what to think about this. In some of Columbus' post, he sounds as if he wants to come out of his shell, gain some weight, and improve his health status. Then, he'll turn right around and post something like this towards another member:
"What are you talking about? Are you 5% body fat or below? Didn't think so.....".
Columbus, PLEASE take care of yourself.

I still say eat donuts, icecream and pizza for the next month.
I'd like to see what happens.

cookies, etc isnt the way to go...you and I both know that.....however, 10% is a perfect place for me to start building muscle...so I will stick to my diet, but also go out to dinner lunch breakfast, whatever on the weekends and have whatever......pizza some cheesecake.....etc. Not a ton, just enough to feel sadated which I have NEVER done before than back to strict m-f.....good plan?
Falz - The diet and training at one time took over my life completely. I have been in therapy for this for once month and with the help of some good talks and good drugs (zoloft) I am in 99% control now. That's why there's no more crazy posts.....
Boys- I apologize for my previous ones, but (although not an excuse) it was a disease that was talking and taking over.....I'm in this game for the long haul, now that my life is piecing together,,,does my plan sound good?
PS. How many cals are in 3.5 peanuts?

I don't cheat, I just live life. I'm not in this to make a living competing so therefore I take it as seriously as I see fit and don't let it interfere TOO much with my normal life. Although I still get comment everyday from ppl who think I take it too far..
Just have fun with it, it's only a hobby.-B D
