I've already been through 9 cans of that crap. I was taking it for about 2 years at about the same time everyday. I started with two scoops and eventually got to the point where 4 scoops wouldnt do very much for me anymore. Once you stop taking it all you wanna do is sleep instead of lift especially if you're used to taking it at the same time everyday you'll find yourself wanting to sleep at that time of the day. At least thats what happened to me.. Took me awhile to get back on the ball. Then I went to red bulls... now its red lines...whats next.. CRACK!? Even though caffeine is a mental addiction Its a hard habit to break. be careful.
