What's your BF%? Breathing is a problem for people with a high BF%. Give your respiratory system a workout and get on that bike or elliptical.
18 - 19
it seems to get worse when im on and feel bloated?
maybe its due to the fact that a cardio system isn't used to mass increases in weight in short periods of time. 100 lbs in 2 years! Averaging a pound per week consitantly. Who knows, but when i get bloated i do breath heavier, Bump for ya
well i got asthma so im sol. i had to run my ass off and build up my endurance to where i dont have to worry about it but a few times when i was pitching in games i would suddenly have trouble breathing. i'd have to call times and bring in the infield so i could get a break or get the coach to throw out my inhaler.
Not that I know anything but I'm a large dude. 6'1" 328 27% BF. I train regularly but since going on TRT I've really slacked off in my cardio the past three weeks. When you carry extra size the natural response is your body will work harder to move the blood around. Just a suggestion but I would get checked for Reactive Airway Disorder. It's quite common for people who have put size on rather quickly either muscle or fat or a combo. It's basically very mild asthma.
Again just a suggestion.
thanks ill get to the doc soon as i have been having alot of allergie problems lately maybe thats somehow involved also. good info though
