passed my NASM exam!!!

i know i don't visit the lounge here much anymore, but just had to let you guys know i just passed my NASM (national academy of sports medicine) cert. though i've held training certs with several different companies for years now, NASM is not only the most highly regarded in the industry AND the most difficult to pass (only 1/3rd of the people who take it their first time pass), but on top of that it gives me a raise at my club of an extra $5/hr while training clients. what's up ching ching?! i'll be making a minimum of $30/hr from now on, plus they not only pay you for your cert after passing, but they also give you about $380 on top of that! definitely having a good week.

thanks. it's great to be back. i didn't have the net for a while after i moved and had to use the local libraries internet for a while. it really sucked, but hey, i got my own house now so it's all good. reason it took so long to get the net at my new house is i wasn't sure if i'd be able to get DSL or cable internet, which regretfully after getting the run-around for a good several weeks, turned out i couldn't get either. so now, i'm back to stone-aged dial-up service, which i hadn't used in like at least 6 years now. better than nothing though.
